Payment options
Payment must be received in order to guarantee a spot in the desired class or event. There are 3 options for payment.
Online
Recommended payment is through Paypal which handles all our transactions. Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). You do not need a Paypal Account to register for a class or event. On the Payment page you will see the credit card logos and the statements “Don’t have a Paypal account?” Follow the directions here and you can pay using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, a debit card or e-check. Upon payment you will receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent information within 24 hours. Over the phone
If you are uncomfortable registering online, you may call us at 646.308.1229 and one of our staff members will process your registration over the phone. Upon payment you will be receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent information within 24 hours. Cash
Cash is accepted but must be received before the commencement of the class or event you would like to attend. Your spot is only guaranteed once payment is received. Please call or email us first to let us know approximately when you will be stopping by. You may stop by our office between the hours of 10AM-6PM Monday-Friday and speak to either Ruth or Caitlin. They will accept your payment and issue you a receipt. Upon payment you will be receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent information within 24 hours. Cancellation policy
The Actor's Green Room does not offer refunds but we do offer credit. Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance in order to receive a credit. After 7 days, if you cancel or do not attend the class or event, no credit will be available. Class credits may be applied to classes only and are not valid towards events. Event credits can be applied towards events only and are not valid towards classes.
Industry substitution, class or event time change, or need to reschedule
All of the agents and casting directors that we invite to our classes and events are very busy industry professionals as well as human beings with life circumstances that may arise. In the event that an industry guest is unable to attend an event, another guest from the same office or a comparable industry member will attend in his/her place. Occasionally a class or event may need to begin later than anticipated due to a CD being stuck in a casting session etc. We ask that you please be flexible and reachable via email. In the event that a class or event needs to be rescheduled, a new date will be announced for a make up class or event. If you are unable to make the new date, a credit will be issued.
